Christmas Group Bookings

Who is this course for?

Groups of 8.  Set Fee.  To create one stained glass copperfoil decoration per person.  (Same fee applies for lower number of attendees).

What does the class cover?

This is a group booking of max 8 people.  

Creating one decoration per person - choice of;

Polar Bear

Reindeer

Tree (hanging decoration)

Penquin

Pre-cut glass will be prepared ready for you to copperfoil and solder, creating your Christmas character to take home that day.

3D trees are not included in this option

What is included in the fee?

Your fee includes tuition by experienced tutor, the use of tools and equipment and all materials. 

Each student will take home their decoration that day.

There is a maximum of 8 students per class to ensure individual attention. 

Character choices will be required in advance and choice cannot be changed on the day.

Please see terms and conditions re cancellations - additional to standard terms and conditions - decrease in numbers/part cancellation will not be subject to partial refunds - this is a whole class booking and part refunds will not apply.

We will try to make our classes accessible to all however if you have any disabilities or physical limitations of any kind we ask that you discuss it with us before booking 

What do I need to bring?

• Please wear sturdy and fully enclosed footwear (no open toes or gaping sides) and old clothes that you do not mind getting dirty or damaged.
• Please ensure long hair is tied back. 
• All drink containers/bottles must have lids.

The GlassHouse, 5b Albion Road, North Shields, NE30 2RJ.

All our classes are for age 18 and over, unless otherwise specified.  Anyone attending below this age will not be allowed to partake in the class and refunds will not be available.

Course terms and conditions:

Cancellation and Attendance Policy;

• In the event of a class being cancelled by the Host, the option of a full refund will be issued, or the student may request a date transfer if available.
• Cancellations by the student over 28 days of the class date – we will offer a full refund or date transfer (transfer subject to - if another date is available) at the discretion of the student. If a date change has been requested, we cannot offer a refund on a subsequent cancellation.
• Cancellations by the student within 28 days of the class date – we are unable to offer a refund or date change.  Please see following information:
• If we are able to re-sell your place a refund will be given at all times, and every effort will be made to re-sell at all times.  You may transfer your place to a person of your choice, friend or family, please notify us of the name change.  In the event of an emergency, illness, family emergency etc – our terms and conditions apply.
• Non-attendance – if you do not attend on the day of your class, you will not be eligible for a refund or class transfer.
• Bookings made using Gift Certificates – terms and conditions apply as above.
• Payment of your class fee is deemed as acceptance of our terms and conditions.
