It is our aim to post your order within 3 working days and all postage is via Royal Mail. Collection orders we aim to have ready within 2 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday.

The Glassworks Returns policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from The Glassworks.
However if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a 30 days returns policy. You are entitled to return an order for a refund providing you notify us in writing (email is accepted) within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not cover return postage costs. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or defective goods – if in the unlikely event your order is received damaged or faulty – please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. This should be in writing and email is accepted. Please include a photo of any damaged or faulty items and this is required as proof of damage/fault. The Glassworks will cover the cost of any items returned due to damage or faulty. All our glass items are handmade and vary in size and finish, glass inclusions/imperfections are not deemed as a fault in the product and these do not qualify as returnable under ‘damaged or faulty terms’.
To make your return;
Items must be returned unused and in re-saleable condition. In their original packaging including any product tags.
Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email with your return so we are able to locate your original order details.
Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.
When returning any goods please include a copy of your invoice or note detailing your order details and send this inside the securely wrapped parcel, this way we can refund you accordingly.
Please make sure you return your order within a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned orders are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods.
We aim to issue a refund within 3 working days of receiving a return and you will receive an email to confirm the refund has been issued.
